Joseph attended the Georgia National Guard Youth Challenge Academy, Fort Stewart, GA.
Joseph is a professional speaker and has been on panels with many people such as Bill Cosby and Dr. Elletta Denson. Joseph speaks at school and community events and often hosts seminars on implementing change when it seems impossible. Cynthia Tucker, Director
As Director of All Empowered's Educational Programs, Cynthia Tucker has the passion that is needed to make a huge success! Cynthia Tucker has more than 18 years of early childhood education, mentoring, behavior management, parenting and leadership experience. Cynthia teaches because over twenty years ago she encountered a growing phenomenon called early education. Upon embracing this vision, she set her sail in search for the type of training that would equip her to play a role in charting paths for early education and family related concerns. The early education phenomenon led her to Atlanta Technical college where she received an early childhood diploma, and an early childhood Associates Degree.
Cynthia Classrooms have become fields of engaging experiences. They have become places where she has had opportunities to recount her journey, to demonstrate her successes and failures, to dream and to encourage others to dream. Her classrooms are places where she encounteres extreme greatness in the lives of her students and colleagues. Cynthia is also very engaged in adult literacy and parent education. Cynthia is included in the Cambridge Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry, a member of the National Black Child Development Institute and develops and implements faith-based and community-based outreach programs.
