All Empowered is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit community service organization created in response to high poverty, illteracy, under-education, substance abuse, increased homelessness, incarceration, family and community violence, untreated medical illnesses, unemployment and underemployment.

Through our programs, individuals can reach economic, educational, career, health, and social goals.  We incorporate best practice techniques and use integrity to assure quality services that produce positive results.

Our program and projects service adults ages 18+ and youth ages 2-17. The target audiences for the programs and projects are primarily homeless, low-income, under-educated, unemployed and underemployed individuals and families. We also work with individuals and organizations that want to improve methods to reach and assist these individuals.
