LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
All Empowered, Inc. has coordinated and implemented Leadership and Development Programs. Our Leadership Program facilitates workshops, courses and presentations with the community between the ages of 6 through 80. We target culturally diverse communities and help increase skills in performance arts, health information, employment readiness, substance abuse education, peer support, literacy, writing, language arts, math, social studies, communication, social, civic and community awareness and leadership.
Community Members participating in the programs will be able to clearly express their thoughts to others so that they are heard and understood, as this is important if they are to become successful in life. This ability is also important if they want to participate in group discussions and decision-making activities. We will empower the community to realize their goals and improve their self-awareness by working together to help each other.

Learn how to facilitate group processes to streamline workflow, minimize micro-managing initiatives, and align strategies with professional and/or personal goals. We incorporate emotional intelligence strategies with all of the leadership development and implementation processes.
