Health & Wellness  Workshop

Join us for a healthy lifestyles workshop  for women. The workshop is free, however we do accept donations to cover the cost of materials. This workshop focuses on using spiritual tools to live healthy. We will empower you to devise a plan that will assist in adoptingt a healthy overall living plan that includes: prayer, meditation and journaling. Learn why diets don't work!

Workshop at CHATEAU ELAN

Our annual retreat at Chateau Elan will be held on Saturday, January 16,  2010.  Intentional Success is the topic of the day. Did you know that many people who set goals do not write down the steps that are needed to intentionally succeed? Do you have a plan of action?
