All Empowered, Inc. (AE) was established in 2003 to provide hands-on assistance to individuals and families in under-served communities with high rates of poverty, illiteracy, substance abuse, homelessness, incarceration, family and community violence, poor healthcare, unemployment and underemployment. 

Individuals enrolled in our program can: (a) obtain a G.E.D.; (b) prepare for employment opportunities; (c) obtain and improve  communication and leadership skills; (d) become economically responsible; (e) engage in social activities; (f) learn/improve parenting skills; (g) gain access to counseling; (h) learn how to set and accomplish goals; (i) prepare for higher education; (j) learn how to live healthy and whole; and (k) become empowered to access positive, conducive goals and aspirations. Our youth leadership development programs provide a means for young people to be heard in an effective and appropriate manner.

The AE approach is one of compassion and practicality, implemented through one of three “pipelines”:AE sponsored educational, youth leadership and mentoring programs and group coaching and life-skills workshops such as self-esteem building, interviewing and job retention, budgeting and healthy nutrition. Emergency services for individuals and families in crisis are available.

We focus our efforts on providing a comprehensive range of basic and safety-net services for populations that have “fallen through the cracks” for too long.  As we encourage each of our clients to develop their own goals and priorities, we strive to give them the tools to create a healthy, secure, productive  and successful life. 

Because they are our best foundation for developing full, productive lives and for breaking the cycles of poverty and hopelessness, All Empowered places special attention on children and families.  Some of our most successful results have been achieved through programs and classes such as:

All Empowered, Inc. is committed to facilitating community unity and providing the tools for our participants' success. This is achieved by offering support services in education, training, mentoring, counseling, communication, leadership, and life skills for at-risk individuals and those struggling with poverty, violence, and incarceration. We also serve those facing emotional, literacy, academic, medical, employment, housing, legal or substance abuse challenges.
